विशेष – त्रयोदशी को बैंगन को खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है। चतुर्दशी के दिन स्त्री सहवास तथा तिल का तेल खाना और लगाना निषिद्ध है।

प्रातः भ्रमण की महत्ता
प्रातः एवं सायं भ्रमण उत्तम स्वास्थ्य के लिए अत्यंत लाभप्रद है। पशुओं का राजा सिंह सुबह 3.30 से 5 बजे के दौरान अपने बच्चों के साथ उठकर गुफा से बाहर निकल के साफ हवा में भ्रमण कर आसपास की किसी ऊँची टेकरी पर सूर्य की ओर मुँह करके बैठ जाता है। सूर्य का दर्शन कर शक्तिशाली कोमल किरणों को अपने शरीर में लेने के पश्चात ही गुफा में वापस आता है । यह उसके बलशाली होने का एक राज है।
उत्तम स्वास्थ्य की इस कुंजी के द्वारा आप मानो चरैवेति चरैवेति । आगे बढ़ो, आगे बढ़ो । यह वैदिक संदेश ही जनसाधारण तक पहुँचाना चाहते हैं । प्रातः ब्राह्ममुहूर्त में वातावरण में निसर्ग की शुद्ध एवं शक्तियुक्त ओजोन वायु का बाहुल्य होता है, जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए हितकारी है ।
प्रातःकाल की वायु को, सेवन करत सुजान।
तातें मुख छवि बढ़त है, बुद्धि होत बलवान।।
रोग प्रतिकारक शक्तिवर्धक अनुभूत प्रयोग

गाय के दूध की जितनी मात्रा हो उससे आधी मात्रा में पानी मिलाकर उसमे सोने की वस्तु (शुद्ध सोने का साफ़ सुथरा गहना चलेगा) डालकर धीमी आंच पर पानी जल जाने तक उबालें । देशी नस्ल की गाय के दूध में प्राकृतिक रूप से स्वर्णक्षार पाए जाते हैं । स्वर्ण के साथ दूध उबालने से स्वर्ण में स्थित स्वर्णक्षार भी दूध में मिल जाते हैं । यह स्वर्णसिद्ध गौदुग्ध रोगप्रतिकारक शक्ति को बढ़ाता है । इसका सेवन कर वृद्ध लोग भी तंदुरुस्त रह सकते हैं l सोना न हो तो चांदी का भी उपयोग किया जा सकता है ।

बड़ (बरगद)
बवासीर, वीर्य का पतलापन, शीघ्रपतन, प्रमेह स्वप्नदोष आदि रोगों में बड़ का दूध अत्यंत लाभकारी है । प्रातः सूर्योदय के पूर्व वायुसेवन के लिये जाते समय २-३ बताशे साथ में ले जायें ।
बड़ की कली को तोड़कर एक-एक बताशे में बड़ के दूध की ४-५ बूँद टपकाकर खा जायें । धीरे-धीरे बड़ के दूध की मात्रा बढ़ाते जायें । ८-१० दिन के बाद मात्रा कम करते-करते अपनी शुरूवाली मात्रा पर आ जायें । कम-से-कम चालीस दिन यह प्रयोग करे ।
बड़ का दूध दिल, दिमाग व जिगर को शक्ति प्रदान करता है एवं मूत्र रुकावट (मूत्रकृच्छ) में भी आराम होता है । इसके सेवन से रक्तप्रदर व खूनी बवासीर का रक्तसाव बन्द होता है पैरों की एडियों में बड़ को दूध लगाने से वे नहीं फटती चोट, मोच और गठिया रोग में इसकी सूजन पर इस दूध का लेप करने से बहुत आराम होता है ।
मुफ्त में उपलब्ध यह दूध अच्छे से अच्छे बलवीर्यवर्द्धक नुस्खे की बराबरी कर सकता है । वीर्य- विकार व कमजोरी के शिकार रोगियों को धैर्य के साथ लगातार ऊपर बताई विधि के अनुसार इसका सेवन करना चाहिये ।
बड़ की छाल का काढ़ा बनाकर प्रतिदिन एक कप मात्रा में पीने से मधुमेह (डायबिटीज) में फायदा होता है व शरीर में बल बढ़ता है ।
उसके कोमल पत्तों को छाया में सुखाकर कूट- पीस लें । आधा लिटर पानी में एक चम्मच चूर्ण डालकर काढ़ा करें । जब चौथाई पानी शेष बचे तब उतारकर छान लें और पिसी मिश्री मिलाकर कुनकुना करके पियें। यह प्रयोग दिमागी शक्ति बढ़ाता है व नजला- जुकाम ठीक करता है ।

स्वास्थ्य के दृष्टिकोण से आज का दिन प्रतिकूल रहेगा दिन के आरम्भ से ही शारीरिक शिथिलता मांसपेशियों में अकड़न रहने से दैनिक कार्यो को भी जबरदस्ती करना पड़ेगा साथ ही आज विशेष कर महिलाओ को घर मे किसी मांगलिक आयोजन के कारण अतिरिक्त भागदौड़ करनी पड़ेगी जिससे मध्यान बाद शारीरिक सामर्थ्य एकदम से घटेगा। कार्य क्षेत्र पर भी अनमने मन से काम करेंगे अधिकांश कार्य मे सहकर्मी अधीनस्थ के ऊपर निर्बहर रहना पड़ेगा जिसके फलस्वरूप गड़बड़ी होने की संभावना अधिक रहेगी और जितना मिले उसी से संतोष करना पड़ेगा। आज आप विरोधियो से हर क्षेत्र में आगे ही रहेंगे फिर भी आपकी कार्य आरंभ होते ही किसी न किसी उलझन में अवश्य पड़ेंगे। संतान अथवा किसी अन्य परिजन के कारण यात्रा हो सकती है संभव हो तो इसे टाले। वाहन से दुर्घटना अथवा अग्नि धारदार औजार से शारीरिक क्षति हो सकती है।

आज का दिन आपको मिला जुला फल देगा। दिन के आरंभिक भाग में किसी परिजन से आपके गलत आचरण को लेकर बहस होगी लेकिन बात गंभीर होने से पहले ही सुधार कर लेंगे। कार्य क्षेत्र अथवा किसी अन्य जगह से अकस्मात लाभ या शुभ समाचार मिलने से उत्साहित होंगे लेकिन उत्साह ज्यादा देर नही टिकेगा लापरवाही अथवा भाग्य का साथ कम मिलने से बने बनाये कार्य बिगड़ने की संभावना है फिर भी आज धन की आमद थोड़ी थोड़ी मात्रा में कई बार होने से राहत मिलेगी लेकिन यह भी कुछ समय के लिये ही सुख दे पाएगी आज खर्च अन्य दिनों की तुलना में अधिक होने पर धन संचय नही कर पाएंगे ऊपर से उधारी वालो के कारण मन अस्थिर रहेगा। पैतृक एवं कुटुम्ब के कार्य आज झंझट जैसे लगेंगे फिर भी व्यवहारिकता के लिये मन मारकर करने ही पड़ेंगे। दाम्पत्य जीवन मे भी आज चंचलता अधिक रहेगी। सेहत ठीक रहने पर भी मन मे कोई ना कोई भय बना रहेगा। यात्रा से खर्च करने पर भी कुछ आशा ना रखें।
