🔹षडशीति-मीन संक्रांति – 16 सितम्बर

🔸संक्रान्ति का अर्थ है, ‘सूर्य का एक राशि से दूसरी राशि में संक्रमण (जाना)’।

🔸षडशीति संक्रांति में किये गए जप-ध्यान व पुण्यकर्म का फल 86000 हजार गुना होता है । -पद्म पुराण

🔹गिलोय के उपयोग :🔹

🔸गिलोय के रस पीने से मलेरिया तथा पुराना बुखार दूर होता है  ।

🔸चुटकी भर दालचीनी व लौंग के साथ लेने से मुद्दती बुखार दूर होता है ।

🔸बुखार के बाद रहने रहनेवाली कमजोरी में गिलोय का रस पौष्टिक एवं शक्तिप्रदायक है ।

🔸2 से 3 ग्राम अधकुटी सोंठ व 25 से 30 ग्राम कूटी हुई ताजी गिलोय का काढ़ा बनाकर पीने से संधिवात तथा आमवात दूर हता है।

🔸गिलोय के रस में मिश्री मिलाकर पिने से पीलिया में लाभ होता है ।

🔸गिलोय का रस दीर्घकाल तक लेते रहने से कायमी कब्जी के रोगी को लाभ होता है ।

🔸गिलोय के चूर्ण अथवा रस का नियमित उपयोग डायबिटीजवालों के लिए लाभदायी है । हररोज इंजेक्शन तथा टिकियों कि आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ेगी । उनके कुप्रभावों से रोगी बच जायेगा ।

🔸माता को गिलोय का चूर्ण अथवा रस देने से दूध बढ़ता है व दूध के दोष दूर होते है । माता के दूषित दूध के कारण होनेवाले रोगों से बालक कि रक्षा होती है ।

🔸गिलोय उत्कृष्ट मेध्य अर्थात बुद्धिवर्धक रसायन है । इसके नियमित सेवन से दीर्घायुष्य, चिरयौवन व कुशाग्र बुद्धि कि प्राप्ति होती है ।

🔸 चूर्ण की मात्रा : 2 से 3 ग्राम । रस की मात्रा : 20 से 30 मि.लि.
