व्रत पर्व विवरण- चैत्री नवरात्रि की सप्तमी तिथि के दिन देवी पार्वती की कालरात्रि स्वरूप की पूजा की जाती है। यदि नवरात्रि में 9 दिन व्रत उपवास न रख सके तो सप्तमी अष्टमी व नवमी तिथि को उपवास अवश्य करें।
विशेष – सप्तमी को ताड़ का फल खाने से रोग बढ़ता है तथा शरीर का नाश होता। अष्टमी को नारियल का फल खाने से बुद्धि का नाश होता है । (ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, ब्रह्म खंडः 27.29-34)

चैत्र नवरात्रि

महाशक्ति मां दुर्गा का सातवां स्वरूप हैं कालरात्रि । नवरात्रि के सातवें दिन मां कालरात्रि की पूजा की जाती है । मां कालरात्रि की आराधना के समय भक्त को अपने मन को भानु चक्र ( ललाट अर्थात सिर के मध्य ) पर स्थित करना चाहिए । इस आराधना के फलस्वरूप भानु चक्र की शक्तियां जागृत होती हैं । मां कालरात्रि की भक्ति से हमारे मन का हर प्रकार का भय नष्ट होता है । जीवन की हर समस्या को पल भर में हल करने की शक्ति प्राप्त होती है । शत्रुओं का नाश करने वाली मां कालरात्रि अपने भक्तों को हर परिस्थिति में विजय दिलाती हैं ।
सप्तमी की तिथि में मां कालरात्रि की पूजा की जाती है. नवरात्रि में सप्तमी की तिथि को विशेष माना गया है. मां कालरात्रि ने असुरों को वध करने के लिए यह रुप लिया था. मान्यता है कि सप्तमी की तिथि पर विधि विधान से पूजा करने से मां प्रसन्न होती हैं और अपने भक्तों को आर्शीवाद प्रदान करती हैं।
मां कालरात्रि की पूजा का महत्व-:
मां कालरात्रि की पूजा से अज्ञात भय, शत्रु भय और मानसिक तनाव नष्ट होता है. मां कालरात्रि की पूजा नकारात्मक ऊर्जा को भी नष्ट करती है. मां कालरात्रि को बेहद शक्तिशाली देवी का दर्जा प्राप्त है. इन्हें शुभकंरी माता के नाम से भी बुलाते हैं. मां कालरात्रि की पूजा रात्रि में भी की जाती है।
मां कालरात्रि का स्वरूप-:
मां कालरात्रि का स्वरूप देखने में बहुत ही भंयकर है, लेकिन मां कालरात्रि का हृदय बहुत ही कोमल और विशाल है. मां कालरात्रि की नाक से आग की भयंकर लपटें निकलती हैं. मां कालरात्रि की सवारी गर्धव यानि गधा है. मां कालरात्रि का दायां हाथ हमेशा उपर की ओर उठा रहता है, इसका अर्थ मां सभी को आशीर्वाद दे रही हैं. मां कालरात्रि के निचले दाहिने हाथ की मुद्रा भक्तों के भय को दूर करने वाली है. उनके बाएं हाथ में लोहे का कांटेदार अस्त्र है. निचले बाएं हाथ में कटार है।
मां कालरात्रि की कथा-:
रक्तबीज का किया था वध
पौराणिक कथा के मुताबिक दैत्य शुंभ-निशुंभ और रक्तबीज ने तीनों लोकों में अपना आंतक मचाना शुरू कर दिया तो देवतागण परेशान हो गए और भगवान शंकर के पास पहुंचे. तब भगवान शंकर ने देवी पार्वती से राक्षसों का वध कर अपने भक्तों की रक्षा करने के लिए कहा. भगवान शंकर का आदेश प्राप्त करने के बाद पार्वती जी ने दुर्गा का रूप धारण किया और शुंभ-निशुंभ का वध किया. लेकिन जैसे ही मां दुर्गा ने रक्तबीज को मारा उसके शरीर से निकले रक्त की बूंदों से लाखों रक्तबीज उत्पन्न हो गए. तब मां दुर्गा ने मां कालरात्रि के रूप में अवतार लिया. मां कालरात्रि ने इसके बाद रक्तबीज का वध किया और उसके शरीर से निकलने वाले रक्त को अपने मुख में भर लिया..।
पूजा विधि-:
मां कालरात्रि की पूजा आरंभ करने से पहले कुमकुम, लाल पुष्प, रोली लगाएं. माला के रूप में मां को नींबुओं की माला पहनाएं और उनके आगे तेल का दीपक जलाएं. मां को लाल फूल अर्पित करें।
मां कालरात्रि को गुड़ का व गुड से बनी हुई चीजों का भोग लगाएं लगाएं. इसके बाद मां के मन्त्रों का जाप या सप्तशती का पाठ करें. इस दिन मां की पूजा के बाद शिव और ब्रह्मा जी की पूजा की जाती है।
मां कालरात्रि का मंत्र-:
1- या देवी सर्वभूतेषु माँ कालरात्रि रूपेण संस्थिता।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नम:।।
2- ॐ कालरात्रि देव्ये नम:

नवरात्रि की सप्तमी तिथि यानी सातवें दिन माता दुर्गा को गुड़ का भोग लगाएं । इससे हर मनोकामना पूरी हो सकती है ।

सोमवार विशेष

कार्यों में सफलता-प्राप्ति हेतु

जो व्यक्ति बार-बार प्रयत्नों के बावजूद सफलता प्राप्त न कर पा रहा हो अथवा सफलता-प्राप्ति के प्रति पूर्णतया निराश हो चुका हो, उसे प्रत्येक सोमवार को पीपल वृक्ष के नीचे सायंकाल के समय एक दीपक जला के उस वृक्ष की ५ परिक्रमा करनी चाहिए । इस प्रयोग को कुछ ही दिनों तक सम्पन्न करनेवाले को उसके कार्यों में धीरे-धीरे सफलता प्राप्त होने लगती है ।
सोमवार को बाल कटवाने से शिवभक्ति की हानि होती है ।

सोमवार को तथा दोपहर के बाद बिल्वपत्र न तोड़ें ।

बुरे व विकारी सपनों से बचाव

रात्रि को सोने से पूर्व 21 बार ‘ॐ अर्यमायै नमः’ मंत्र का जप करने से तथा तकिये पर अपनी माँ का नाम लिखने से (स्याही-पेन से नहीं, केवल उँगली से) व्यक्ति बुरे एवं विकारी सपनों से बच जाता है ।

आरती में कपूर का उपयोग क्यों ?

सनातन संस्कृति में पुरातन काल से आरती में कपूर जलाने की परम्परा है । आरती के बाद आरती के ऊपर हाथ घुमाकर अपनी आँखों पर लगाते हैं, जिससे दृष्टी -इन्द्रिय सक्रिय हो जाती है । वचनामृत में आता है : “आरती करते हैं तो कपूर जलाते हैं । कपूर वातावरण को शुद्ध करता है, पवित्र वातावरण की आभा पैदा करता है । घर में देव-दोष है, पितृ -दोष हैं, वास्तु -दोष हैं, भूत -पिशाच का दोष है या किसीको बुरे सपने आते हैं तो कपूर की ऊर्जा उन दोषों को नष्ट कर देती है ।

बोलते हैं कि संध्या होती है तो दैत्य-राक्षस हमला करते हैं इसलिए शंख , घंट बजाना चाहिए, कपूर जलाना चाहिए, आरती-पूजा करनी चाहिए अर्थात संध्या के समय और सुबह के समय वातावरण में विशिष्ट एवं विभिन्न प्रकार के जीवाणु होते हैं जो श्वासोच्छवास के द्वारा हमारे शरीर में प्रवेश करके हमारी जीवनरक्षक जीवनरक्षक कोशिकाओं से लड़ते हैं । तो देव-असुर संग्राम होता है, देव माने सात्त्विक कण और असुर माने तामसी कण । कपूर की सुगंधि से हानिकारक जीवाणु एवं विषाण रूपी राक्षस भाग जाते हैं ।

वातावरण में जो अशुद्ध आभा है इससे तामसी अथवा निगुरे लोग जरा-जरा बात में खिन्न होते हैं, पीड़ित होते हैं लेकिन कपूर और आरती का उपयोग करनेवालों के घरों में ऐसे कीटाणुओं का, ऐसो हलकी आभा का प्रभाव नहीं टिक सकता है ।

अत: घर में कभी-कभी कपूर जलाना चाहिए, गूगल का धूप करना चाहिए । कभी-कभी कपूर की १ – २ छोटी-छोटी गोली मसल के घर में छिटक देनी चाहिए । उसकी हवा से ऋणायान बनते हैं, जो हितकारी हैं । वर्तमान के माहौल में घर में दीया जलाना अथवा कपूर की कभी-कभी आरती कर लेना अच्छा है ।

Chaitra Navratri

Kaalratri is the seventh form of super power Maa Durga. Maa Kalratri is worshiped on the seventh day of Navratri. While worshiping Maa Kalratri, the devotee should concentrate his mind on Bhanu Chakra (forehead i.e. middle of the head). As a result of this worship, the powers of Bhanu Chakra are awakened. By devotion to Mother Kalratri, every kind of fear in our mind is destroyed. One gets the power to solve every problem of life in a moment. Mother Kalratri, who destroys the enemies, grants victory to her devotees in every situation.
Mother Kalratri is worshiped on the date of Saptami. Saptami date is considered special in Navratri. Mother Kalratri had taken this form to kill the demons. It is believed that by worshiping as per the rituals on the date of Saptami, Mother Goddess becomes happy and bestows blessings on her devotees.
Importance of worshiping Maa Kalratri:
Worship of Maa Kalratri destroys fear of the unknown, fear of enemies and mental stress. Worship of Maa Kalratri also destroys negative energy. Mother Kalratri has the status of a very powerful goddess. She is also called by the name of Shubhakanri Mata. Maa Kalratri is also worshiped at night.
Nature of Maa Kalratri:
The form of Maa Kalratri is very scary to look at, but the heart of Maa Kalratri is very soft and huge. Fierce flames of fire come out from the nose of Mother Kalratri. The vehicle of Maa Kalratri is Gardhava i.e. donkey. The right hand of Maa Kalratri is always raised upwards, which means that the mother is blessing everyone. The posture of the lower right hand of Maa Kalratri will remove the fear of the devotees. He has a barbed iron weapon in his left hand. There is a dagger in the lower left hand.
Story of Maa Kalratri:
Raktabeej was killed
According to the mythology, when the demons Shumbha-Nishumbha and Raktabeej started creating terror in the three worlds, the gods got worried and approached Lord Shankar. Then Lord Shankar asked Goddess Parvati to protect his devotees by killing the demons. After receiving the orders of Lord Shankar, Parvati ji took the form of Durga and killed Shumbha-Nishumbha. But as soon as Mother Durga killed Raktabeej, millions of Raktabeej were generated from the drops of blood that came out of her body. Then Mother Durga incarnated as Mother Kalratri. After this, Mother Kalratri killed Raktabeej and filled her mouth with the blood coming out of his body.
Method of worship:
Before starting the worship of Maa Kalratri, apply kumkum, red flowers, roli. Garland the mother with lemons and light an oil lamp in front of her. Offer red flowers to the mother.
Offer jaggery and things made from jaggery on Maa Kalratri. After this, chant mother’s mantras or recite Saptashati. On this day, after worshiping Mother Goddess, Lord Shiva and Brahma are worshipped.
Mantra of Maa Kalratri:
1- Or Goddess Sarvabhuteshu Maa Kaalratri as an institution.
Namastesyaye Namastesyaye Namastesyaye Namo Namah.
2- Om Kalratri Devye Namah:

Offer jaggery to Goddess Durga on the Saptami Tithi of Navratri i.e. the seventh day. With this every wish can be fulfilled.

Because of the impure aura in the environment, Tamasic or Nigura people get upset and suffer over small matters, but the influence of such germs and such light aura cannot last in the homes of those who use camphor and Aarti.

Therefore, sometimes camphor should be burnt in the house and incense sticks should be used. Sometimes 1-2 small tablets of camphor should be sprinkled in the house of the muscle. Negative ions are formed from its air, which are beneficial. In the present environment, it is good to light a lamp at home or perform aarti of camphor occasionally.
