️व्रत पर्व विवरण – अपरा एकादशी
विशेष – एकादशी को शिम्बी (सेम) खाने से पुत्र का नाश होता है। (ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, ब्रह्म खंडः 27.29-34)
एकादशी व्रत 3 जून को रखें ।

एकादशी व्रत के लाभ

एकादशी व्रत के पुण्य के समान और कोई पुण्य नहीं है ।

जो पुण्य सूर्यग्रहण में दान से होता है, उससे कई गुना अधिक पुण्य एकादशी के व्रत से होता है ।

जो पुण्य गौ-दान, सुवर्ण-दान, अश्वमेघ यज्ञ से होता है, उससे अधिक पुण्य एकादशी के व्रत से होता है ।

एकादशी करनेवालों के पितर नीच योनि से मुक्त होते हैं और अपने परिवारवालों पर प्रसन्नता बरसाते हैं । इसलिए यह व्रत करने वालों के घर में सुख-शांति बनी रहती है ।

धन-धान्य, पुत्रादि की वृद्धि होती है ।

कीर्ति बढ़ती है, श्रद्धा-भक्ति बढ़ती है, जिससे जीवन रसमय बनता है ।

परमात्मा की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होती है । पूर्वकाल में राजा नहुष, अंबरीष, राजा गाधी आदि जिन्होंने भी एकादशी का व्रत किया, उन्हें इस पृथ्वी का समस्त ऐश्वर्य प्राप्त हुआ । भगवान शिवजी ने नारद से कहा है : एकादशी का व्रत करने से मनुष्य के सात जन्मों के पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं, इसमे कोई संदेह नहीं है । एकादशी के दिन किये हुए व्रत, गौ-दान आदि का अनंत गुना पुण्य होता है ।

रविवार विशेष

रविवार के दिन मसूर की दाल, अदरक और लाल रंग का साग नहीं खाना चाहिए । (ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, श्रीकृष्ण खंडः 75.90)

रविवार के दिन काँसे के पात्र में भोजन नहीं करना चाहिए । (ब्रह्मवैवर्त पुराण, श्रीकृष्ण खंडः 75)

रविवार सूर्यदेव का दिन है, इस दिन क्षौर (बाल काटना व दाढ़ी बनवाना) कराने से धन, बुद्धि और धर्म की क्षति होती है ।

रविवार को आँवले का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए ।

स्कंद पुराण के अनुसार रविवार के दिन बिल्ववृक्ष का पूजन करना चाहिए । इससे ब्रह्महत्या आदि महापाप भी नष्ट हो जाते हैं ।

रविवार के दिन पीपल के पेड़ को स्पर्श करना निषेध है ।

रविवार के दिन तुलसी पत्ता तोड़ना वर्जित है ।

Benefits of Ekadashi Vrat

There is no other merit like the merit of Ekadashi fast.

The merit of giving charity during the eclipse of the sun is many times greater than the merit of fasting on Ekadashi.

The merit of cow-donation, gold-donation, Ashwamegha Yajna, more merit is obtained from the fast of Ekadashi.

The ancestors of those who perform Ekadashi are freed from the lowly vagina and shower happiness on their family members. Therefore, happiness and peace remain in the house of those who observe this fast.

Wealth, grain, sons, etc., increase.

Fame increases, faith and devotion increase, which makes life juicy.

The pleasure of God is obtained. In the past, King Nahusha, Ambarish, King Gadhi, etc., who also observed the fast of Ekadashi, they got all the wealth of this earth. Lord Shiva has said to Narada: There is no doubt that the sins of seven births of man are destroyed by observing the fast of Ekadashi. Fasting, cow donation, etc. done on Ekadashi is infinitely more meritorious.

Sunday Special

Sunday is the day of the sun god, on this day, shaving (hair cutting and beard) is the loss of wealth, intelligence and religion.

Do not consume amla on Sunday.

According to Skanda Purana, one should worship the bilva tree on Sunday. This also destroys the great sins like brahma-hatya.

It is forbidden to touch the poplar tree on Sunday.
