कार्तिक मास में क्या क्या करे

इसे दामोदर मास भी कहते है
इसी महीने मे यशोदा मैया ने भगवान कृष्ण को रस्सी से बांधा था इस लीला के कारन ही इस मास को दामोदर मास बोलते है ।

इस महीने मे रोज शाम को 6:30 केबाद संध्या आरती पूजा के बाद दीप दान करना चाहिए ।

भगवान कृष्ण के आगे रोज मिट्टी का नया दीपक जला कर दामोदर अष्टकम का पाठ करे जिसे दीप दान कहा जाता है

दीप को आरती की तरह भगवान के समक्ष घुमायें
फिर उस दीपक को भगवान के समक्ष ही रख दे और दामोदर अष्टम पढ़े
इस महीने सुबह 4 बजे से 5 बजे के बीच स्नान कर ले जिसे की कार्तिक स्नान कहते है
ब्रह्मचर्य का पालन करे
कार्तिक मे एक बार पवित्र नदियो गंगा या यमुना या राधा कुंड मे स्नान जरूर करे।

इस महीने मे उड़द की दाल का सेवन किसी रूप में भी ना करे अर्थात उड़द की दाल न खाए
अगर कार्तिक व्रत रखना है तो एक समय भोजन या फलाहार किया जाता है
जिसमे सरसो का तेल
बैंगन लोकी उड़द प्याज लहसुन मसूर
मशरूम नही खाना

इस महीने मे अपनी एक प्रिय खाने की वस्तु का त्याग कर दे
कार्तिक अंतिम पूर्णिमा के दिन छोड़ी हुई चीज का भगवान को भोग लगा कर खाए ।
मांस मदिरा का सेवन न करे
हर रोज जप करे
श्री मद भगवद गीता या भागवत पुराण पढ़े ।

कार्तिक दीपदान करने से अश्वमेध यज्ञ का फल प्राप्त होता है ।
हरि नाम सुने ओर करे
दीपदान करे और दीप दान करवाए
और पुण्य के भागीदार बने।

कार्तिक मे एक बार वृन्दावन , बरसाना या गोवर्धन मे दीपदान जरूर करे ।
दीप दान मे देसी घी या तिल के तेल का प्रयोग करे।

🔹ऐसा करके आपकी, आपके बेटे आदि की आँखों की समस्या है तो आँखों पर हथेलियाँ रखो, अगर गुर्दे की तकलीफ है तो वहाँ और हृदय की तकलीफ है तो वहाँ रखो और भावना करो कि आरोग्यशक्ति जग रही है । रात को सोते समय, सुबह उठते समय ऐसा करो। इससे उन अंगों में रोगप्रतिकारक शक्ति का संचार होता है। अगर बच्चा या कोई और व्यक्ति दिमाग से कमजोर है अथवा उसे दिमाग की कुछ तकलीफ है तो माँ, पत्नी या और कोई हितैषी उसके , सिर पर हाथ रखे और ऐसी भावना करे, देशी गाय के घी से सिर की मालिश करे उस समय भी यह भावना करे । इससे उसके ज्ञानतंतुओं पर अच्छा असर पड़ेगा । रगड़ी हुई गर्म हथेलियाँ आँखों पर रखने से आँखों की ज्योति बरकरार रहती है और आँखों के रोग मिटते हैं। भोजन करके कुल्ला करते हैं तो हाथ गीला होता है और मुँह भी गीला होता है, उस समय हथेलियाँ रगड़कर आँखों पर लगाओ तो आँखों की रोशनी बढ़ेगी, आँखों की तकलीफ में आराम होगा ।

🔹औषधि को एकटक देखते हुए ‘ॐ नमो नारायणाय’ मंत्र का २१ बार जप करके फिर औषधि लेने से उसमें भगवच्चेतना का प्रभाव आता है और विशेष लाभ होता है ।

🔹दिन में श्री गुरुगीता का पाठ एवं ‘ॐ हंस हंसः’ इस मंत्र का २१ बार जप करके पानी में देखो और उसे पी लो । इससे बेचैनी दूर होगी । यह मंत्र १०८ बार जपने से स्वास्थ्य की रक्षा होती है ।
