🫕आहार-सम्बन्धी कुछ आवश्यक नियम🫕

🔹१- सदैव अपने कार्यके अनुसार आहार लेना चाहिये । यदि आपको कठोर शारीरिक परिश्रम करना पड़ता है तो अधिक पौष्टिक आहार लेवें । यदि आप हलका शारीरिक परिश्रम करते हैं तो हलका सुपाच्य आहार लेवें ।

🔷२- प्रतिदिन निश्चित समयपर ही भोजन करना चाहिये ।

🔷३- भोजनको मुँहमें डालते ही निगले नहीं, बल्कि खूब चबाकर खायें, इससे भोजन शीघ्र पचता है ।

🔷४- भोजन करनेमें शीघ्रता न करें और न ही बातोंमें व्यस्त रहें ।
