आभूषणों का शरीर के अंगों पर प्रभाव

पायल :
(१) पैर में पहना हुआ शुद्ध चाँदी का कड़ा अथवा मोटी पायल पैर के तलवों में होनेवाली जलन को रोकती है ।
(२) एड़ी की सूजन से रक्षा करती है ।
(३) रक्त के परिसंचरण को व्यवस्थित रखती है ।
(४) सायटिका के रोग में लाभदायी है |
(५) लिम्फ ग्रंथियों को करके रोग- प्रतिकारक शक्ति बढ़ाती है ।
(६) अनेक प्रकार के स्त्री रोगों जैसे, मासिक धर्मसम्बन्धी, प्रसूतिसम्बन्धी, वंध्यत्व, हारमोन्स के असंतुलन आदि में लाभदायक है ।
(७) स्वास्थ्य और सुन्दरता के लिए शरीर की चेतना के प्रवाह को व्यवस्थित करके तंदुरुस्ती की रक्षा करती है ।
(८) कामवासना पर नियंत्रण रखने में सहायक होती है । कमर से नीचे के भागों में चाँदी के आभूषण पहनने से महिलाओं को लाभ होता है ।

कंगन :
कंगन से जननेन्द्रिय पर नियंत्रण रहता है और कामवासना संतुलित रहती है तथा यह हृदय पुष्ट करता है । रक्त के दबाव को नियंत्रित करता है ।

बाजूबंद :
इससे वीरता के गुण विकसित होते हैं और शरीर सुडौल रहता है । यह पाचनतंत्र को व्यवस्थित रखता है और एलर्जी से रक्षा करता है ।

हार :
विभिन्न रत्नों और धातुओं से बने हार अनेक रोगों को नियंत्रित करने में लाभदायी हैं ।

करधनी :
यह मूलाधार केन्द्र को जागृत करके किडनी और मूत्राशय की कार्यक्षमता को बढ़ाती है तथा कमर आदि के दर्दों में राहत देती है ।

अँगूठी :
ऊर्जा के विकास, मानसिक तनाव दूर करने, जननेन्द्रिय पर नियंत्रण पाने, कामवासना पर नियंत्रण रखने और पाचनतंत्र को मजबूत बनाने हेतु मिलावटरहित सोने की अँगूठी पहनी जाती है । विभिन्न धातुओं की अँगूठी का शरीर पर अलग- अलग प्रभाव पड़ता है, ऐसे ही अलग-अलग रत्नों (नगों) का भी अपना अलग-अलग प्रभाव होता है ।

‘केन्टरबरी इन्स्टीट्यूट’ में किये गये प्रयोगों से सिद्ध हुआ है कि नाभि, सिर, हाथ और पैरों को वस्त्र से ढककर रखने से सुरक्षा की भावना दृढ़ होती है । मस्तिष्क में बहती ऊर्जाएँ भृकुटी में से पसार होती हैं। दोनों भौंहों के बीच तिलक लगाने से (जैसे हिन्दू लोग लगाते हैं) इस ऊर्जा का रक्षण होता है। पैरों के रक्षण हेतु लोहे के कड़े पहने जाते हैं ।
