मंत्र से आरोग्यता

शब्दों की ध्वनि का अलग-अलग अंगों पर एवं वातावरण पर असर होता है । कई शब्दों का उच्चारण कुदरती रूप से होता है । आलस्य के समय कुदरती आ… आ… होता है । रोग की पीड़ा के समय ॐ…. ॐ…. का उच्चारण कुदरती ऊँह…. ऊँह…. के रूप में होता है । यदि कुछ अक्षरों का महत्त्व समझकर उच्चारण किया जाय तो बहुत सारे रोगों से छुटकारा मिल सकता है ।

‘अ’ उच्चारण से जननेन्द्रिय पर अच्छा असर पड़ता है ।

‘आ’ उच्चारण से जीवनशक्ति आदि पर अच्छा प्रभाव पड़ता है । दमा और खाँसी के रोग में आराम मिलता है, आलस्य दूर होता है ।

‘इ’ उच्चारण से कफ, आँतों का विष और मल दूर होता है । कब्ज, पेड़ू के दर्द, सिरदर्द और हृदयरोग में भी बड़ा लाभ होता है । उदासीनता और क्रोध मिटाने में भी यह अक्षर बड़ा फायदा करता है ।

‘ओ’ उच्चारण से ऊर्जाशक्ति का विकास होता है ।

‘म’ उच्चारण से मानसिक शक्तियाँ विकसित होती हैं। शायद इसीलिए भारत के ऋषियों ने जन्मदात्री के लिए ‘माता’ शब्द पसंद किया होगा ।

‘ॐ’ का उच्चारण करने से ऊर्जा प्राप्त होती है और मानसिक शक्तियाँ विकसित होती हैं । मस्तिष्क, पेट और सूक्ष्म इन्द्रियों पर सात्त्विक असर होता है ।

कार्यों में सफलता-प्राप्ति हेतु

जो व्यक्ति बार-बार प्रयत्नों के बावजूद सफलता प्राप्त न कर पा रहा हो अथवा सफलता-प्राप्ति के प्रति पूर्णतया निराश हो चुका हो, उसे प्रत्येक सोमवार को पीपल वृक्ष के नीचे सायंकाल के समय एक दीपक जला के उस वृक्ष की ५ परिक्रमा करनी चाहिए । इस प्रयोग को कुछ ही दिनों तक सम्पन्न करनेवाले को उसके कार्यों में धीरे-धीरे सफलता प्राप्त होने लगती है ।

कपड़ों का स्वाथ्य पर प्रभाव

कृत्रिम (सिंथेटिक) वस्त्र न पहनें । बहुत कसे हुए, नायलॉन आदि कृत्रिम तंतुओं से बने हुए तथा चटकीले-भड़कीले गहरे रंग के कपड़े तन-मन के स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक हैं व जीवनी शक्ति का ह्रास करते हैं । तंग कपड़ों से रोमकूपों को शुद्ध हवा नहीं मिलती व रक्त-संचरण में बाधा पड़ती है । ढीले-ढाले सूती वस्त्र स्वास्थ्य के लिए अति उत्तम होते हैं ।

सर्दियों में गर्म कपड़े पहनें लेकिन जो कपड़ों पर कपड़े लादे रहते हैं वे प्रकृति से विरूद्ध जीते हैं, तन-मन से ढीले-ढाले हो जाते हैं । गर्मियों में पहनावा हलका-फुलका, ढीला-ढाला, सूती और सफेद हो ।
