🌷 नागपंचमी 🌷
🙏🏻 श्रावण मास के शुक्ल पक्ष की पंचमी तिथि को नागपंचमी का पर्व मनाया जाता है। इस पर्व पर प्रमुख नाग मंदिरों में श्रद्धालुओं की भीड़ उमड़ती है और भक्त नागदेवता के दर्शन व पूजा करते हैं। सिर्फ मंदिरों में ही नहीं बल्कि घर-घर में इस दिन नागदेवता की पूजा करने का विधान है।
🙏🏻 ऐसी मान्यता है कि जो भी इस दिन श्रद्धा व भक्ति से नागदेवता का पूजन करता है उसे व उसके परिवार को कभी भी सर्प भय नहीं होता। इस बार यह पर्व 09 अगस्त, शुक्रवार को है। इस दिन नागदेवता की पूजा किस प्रकार करें, इसकी विधि इस प्रकार है-

🙏🏻 नागपंचमी पर सुबह जल्दी उठकर स्नान आदि करने के बाद सबसे पहले भगवान शंकर का ध्यान करें इसके बाद नाग-नागिन के जोड़े की प्रतिमा (सोने, चांदी या तांबे से निर्मित) के सामने यह मंत्र बोलें-
🌷 अनन्तं वासुकिं शेषं पद्मनाभं च कम्बलम्।
शंखपाल धृतराष्ट्रं तक्षकं कालियं तथा।।
एतानि नव नामानि नागानां च महात्मनाम्।
सायंकाले पठेन्नित्यं प्रात:काले विशेषत:।।
तस्मै विषभयं नास्ति सर्वत्र विजयी भवेत्।।
🙏🏻 इसके बाद पूजा व उपवास का संकल्प लें। नाग-नागिन के जोड़े की प्रतिमा को दूध से स्नान करवाएं। इसके बाद शुद्ध जल से स्नान कराकर गंध, फूल, धूप, दीप से पूजा करें व सफेद मिठाई का भोग लगाएं। यह प्रार्थना करें-

ये च हेलिमरीचिस्था येन्तरे दिवि संस्थिता।
