🔸 आदिशक्ति की आराधना का पर्व : शारदीय नवरात्र

🔅 अश्विन शुक्लपक्ष की प्रतिपदा से नवमी तिथि तक का पर्व शारदीय नवरात्र के रूप में जाना जाता है। यह व्रत- उपवास, आद्यशक्ति माँ जगदम्बा के पूजन-अर्चन व जप- ध्यान का पर्व है।

🔅 ‘देवी भागवत’ में आता है कि विद्या, धन व पुत्र के अभिलाषी को नवरात्र-व्रत का अनुष्ठान करना चाहिए। जिसका राज्य छिन गया हो, ऐसे नरेश को पुनः गद्दी पर बिठाने की क्षमता इस व्रत में है। नवरात्र में प्रतिदिन देवी-पूजन, हवन व कुमारी-पूजन करें तथा ब्राह्मण- भोजन करायें तो नवरात्र व्रत पूरा होता है ऐसी उक्ति है।

🔅 नवरात्र के दिनों में भजन-कीर्तन गाके, वाद्य बजाके और नाचकर बड़े समारोह के साथ उत्सव मनाना चाहिए। भूमि पर शयन एवं यथाशक्ति कन्याओं को भोजन कराना चाहिए किंतु एक वर्ष व उससे कम उम्र की कन्या नहीं लेनी चाहिए। 2 से 10 वर्ष तक की कन्या को ही लिया जा सकता है।

🔅 ‘देवी भागवत’ में कहा गया है कि दक्ष के यज्ञ का विध्वंस करनेवाली भगवती भद्रकाली का अवतार अष्टमी तिथि को हुआ था। मनुष्य यदि नवरात्र में प्रतिदिन पूजन करने में असमर्थ हो तो अष्टमी के दिन उसे विशेष रूप से पूजन करना चाहिए।

🔅 यदि कोई पूरे नवरात्र के उपवास न कर सकता हो तो सप्तमी, अष्टमी और नवमी – तीन दिन उपवास करके देवी की पूजा करने से वह सम्पूर्ण नवरात्र के उपवास के फल को प्राप्त करता है।

🔰 जो व्यक्ति स्नान करते समय पानी में (5 मि.ली.) गुलाबजल मिलाकर ‘ॐ ह्रीं गंगायै ॐ ह्रीं स्वाहा।’ यह मंत्र बोलते हुए सिर पर जल डालता है, उसे गंगा-स्नान का पुण्य होता है तथा साथ ही मानसिक चिंताओं में कमी आती है और तनाव धीरे-धीरे दूर होने लगता है, विचारों का शोधन होने लगता है, चिड़चिड़ापन कम होता है तथा वह अपने-आपको तरोताजा अनुभव करता है।
