ब्रह्म पुराण’ के 118 वें अध्याय में शनिदेव कहते हैं- ‘मेरे दिन अर्थात् शनिवार को जो मनुष्य नियमित रूप से पीपल के वृक्ष का स्पर्श करेंगे, उनके सब कार्य सिद्ध होंगे तथा मुझसे उनको कोई पीड़ा नहीं होगी। जो शनिवार को प्रातःकाल उठकर पीपल के वृक्ष का स्पर्श करेंगे, उन्हें ग्रहजन्य पीड़ा नहीं होगी।’ (ब्रह्म पुराण’)
शनिवार के दिन पीपल के वृक्ष का दोनों हाथों से स्पर्श करते हुए ‘ॐ नमः शिवाय।’ का 108 बार जप करने से दुःख, कठिनाई एवं ग्रहदोषों का प्रभाव शांत हो जाता है। (ब्रह्म पुराण’)

गर्मियों में स्वास्थ्य-सुरक्षा हेतु
✅ क्या करें ?
१] गर्मी के कारण जिनको सिरदर्द व कमजोरी होती है वे लोग सूखा धनियां पानी में भिगा दें और घिसके माथे पर लगायें | इससे सिरदर्द और कमजोरी दूर होगी |
२] नाक से खून गिरता हो तो हरे धनिये अथवा ताजी कोमल दूब (दूर्वा) का २ – २ बूँद रस नाक में डालें | इससे नकसीर फूटना बंद हो जायेगा |
३] सत्तू में शीतल जल, मिश्री और थोडा घी मिलाकर घोल बनाके पियें | यह बड़ा पुष्टिा दायी प्रयोग है | भोजन थोडा कम करें |
४] भोजन के बीच में २५ – ३५ मि. ली. आँवले का रस पियें | ऐसा २१ दिन करें तो ह्रदय व मस्तिष्क की दुर्बलता दूर होगी | ( शुक्रवार व रविवार को आँवले का सेवन वर्जित है | )
५] २० मि. ली. आँवला रस, १० ग्राम शहद, ५ ग्राम घी – सबका मिश्रण करके पियें तो बल, बुद्धि, ओज व आयु बढ़ाने में मदद मिलती है |
६] मुँह में छाले पड गये हों तो त्रिफला चूर्ण को पानी में डाल के कुल्ले करें तथा मिश्री चूसें | इससे छाले शांत हो जायेंगे |
❌ क्या न करें ?
१] अति परिश्रम, अति कसरत, अति रात्रि-जागरण, अति भोजन व भारी भोजन नहीं करें | भोजन में लाल मिर्च व गर्म मसालों का प्रयोग न करें |
२] गर्मियों में दही भूल के भी नहीं खाना चाहिए | इससे आगे चल के नस-नाड़ियों में अवरोध उत्पन्न होता है और कई बीमारियाँ होती हैं | दही खाना हो तो सीधा नहीं खायें, पहले उसे मथ के मक्खन निकाल लें और बचे हुए भाग को लस्सी या छाछ बना के मिश्री मिला के या छौंक लगा के सेवन करें | ध्यान रहे, दही खट्टा न हो |
३] बाजारू शीतल पेयों से बचें | फ्रिज का पानी न पियें | धूप में से आकर तुरंत पानी न पियें |

मोटापा हो तो
मोटापा हो तो गर्म पानी में १ पके बड़े नींबू का रस और शहद मिलाकर भोजन के तुरंत बाद पियें l
छाछ में तुलसी के पत्ते लेने से भी मोटापे में आराम होता है l

फोड़े-फुंसियाँ
फोड़ा-फुंसी है तो पालक+गाजर+ककड़ी तीनों को मिला कर उसका रस ले लें अथवा नारियल का पानी पियें तो फोड़ा फुंसी में आराम होता है ।
