🔹नवरात्रि विशेष🔹

🔸आश्विन माह के शुक्ल पक्ष की षष्ठी तिथि यानी शारदीय नवरात्रि का छठा दिन है । इस दिन मां दुर्गा के छठें स्वरूप देवी कात्यायनी की पूजा करने का विधान है । कहा जाता है कि मां कात्यायनी की पूजा करने से भक्तों को आसानी से अर्थ, धर्म, काम और मोक्ष की प्राप्ति होती है ।

🔸इस दिन मां कात्यायनी को पूजन में शहद का को भोग लगाना चाहिए । इससे मां प्रसन्न होती हैं और भक्तों की सभी मनोकामनाओं को पूर्ण करती हैं ।

🔹लक्ष्मीप्राप्ति व घर में सुख-शांति हेतु🔹

🔸 ‘परमात्मा मेरे आत्मा हैं । ॐ आनंद, ॐ शांति, ॐ माधुर्य… ।’ घर में अन्न की कमी हो तो ऐसा चिंतन करके जौ का ध्यान करें, अन्न की कमी सदा के लिए मिट जायेगी ।

🔸घर में टूटी-फूटी अथवा अग्नि से जली हुई प्रतिमा की पूजा नहीं करनी चाहिए । ऐसी मूर्ति की पूजा करने से गृहस्वामी के मन में उद्वेग या अनिष्ट होता है । (वराह पुराण :१८६.३७)

🔹जीवन में उपयोगी नियम 🔹

🔸1. जहाँ रहते हो उस स्थान को तथा आस-पास की जगह को साफ रखो ।

🔸2. हाथ पैर के नाखून बढ़ने पर काटते रहो । नख बढ़े हुए एवं मैल भरे हुए मत रखो ।

🔸3. अपने कल्याण के इच्छुक व्यक्ति को बुधवार व शुक्रवार के अतिरिक्त अन्य दिनों में बाल नहीं कटवाना चाहिए ।

🔸4. सोमवार, बुधवार और शनिवार शरीर में तेल लगाने हेतु उत्तम दिन हैं । यदि तुम्हें ग्रहों के अनिष्टकर प्रभाव से बचना है तो इन्हीं दिनों में तेल लगाना चाहिए ।

🔸5. शरीर में तेल लगाते समय पहले नाभि एवं हाथ-पैर की उँगलियों के नखों में भली प्रकार तेल लगा देना चाहिए ।

🔸6. पैरों को यथासंभव खुला रखो । प्रातःकाल कुछ समय तक हरी घास पर नंगे पैर टहलो । गर्मियों में मोजे आदि से पैरों को मत ढँको ।

🔸7. ऊँची एड़ी के या तंग पंजों के जूते स्वास्थ्य को हानि पहुँचाते हैं ।

🔸8. पाउडर, स्नो आदि त्वचा के स्वाभाविक सौंदर्य को नष्ट करके उसे रूखा एवं कुरूप बना देते हैं ।

🔸9. बहुत कसे हुए एवं नायलोन आदि कृत्रिम तंतुओं से बने हुए कपड़े एवं चटकीले भड़कीले गहरे रंग से कपड़े तन-मन के स्वास्थ्य के हानिकारक होते हैं। तंग कपड़ों से रोमकूपों को शुद्ध हवा नहीं मिल पाती तथा रक्त-संचरण में भी बाधा पड़ती है। बैल्ट से कमर को ज़्यादा कसने से पेट में गैस बनने लगती है। ढीले-ढाले सूती वस्त्र स्वास्थ्य के लिए अति उत्तम होते हैं।

🔸10. कहीं से चलकर आने पर तुरंत जल मत पियो, हाथ पैर मत धोओ और न ही स्नान करो । इससे बड़ी हानि होती है । पसीना सूख जाने दो । कम-से-कम 15 मिनट विश्राम कर लो । फिर हाथ-पैर धोकर, कुल्ला करके पानी पीयो । तेज गर्मी में थोड़ा गुड़ या मिश्री खाकर पानी पीयो ताकि लू न लग सके।
