हमारे भीतर का रावण

रामायण हमारे ही जीवन की कथा है
मतलब यदि इसे अपने जीवन से जोड़ा जाए तो
इसके सभी पात्र हमारे ही भीतर हमारे व्यक्तित्व,
हमारी सोच एवं व्यवहार में जीवित है।

दशहरे पर आज हमारे अंदर के रावण की झलक को देखते हैं

रावण महा प्रतापी, महा पराक्रमी, प्रचंड विद्वान , शास्त्रों का ज्ञाता, पंडित एवं महा ज्ञानी था । लेकिन इस बात का उसे बहुत अभिमान था । इसी तरह हम इंसानों के पास जब ज्ञान, वैभव ,पराक्रम आ जाता है, कुछ किताबें पढकर ,कुछ प्रवचन सुनकर हम खुद को ज्ञानी मान बैठते हैं और ऐसा जताते हैं कि हम बहुत पढ़े-लिखे विद्वान हैं एवं बहुत ज्ञानी हैं । अपने ज्ञान का हमें बड़ा गर्व महसूस होता है। चंद पैसे कमाने पर हमें अहंकार आ जाता है। सफलता प्राप्त होने पर हमें खुद के पराक्रम पर अत्यंत अभिमान हो जाता है।

रावण को अपने सोने की लंका के वैभव के आगे सभी का वैभव फीका लगता था, उसी तरह हमें भी हमारे वैभव का अहंकार होता है और उसके आगे हमें सभी तुच्छ महसूस होते हैं।

रावण शिव का बहुत बड़ा भक्त था ,वह बहुत धार्मिक था और इस बात का उसे दंभ था।इसी तरह चंद पूजा-पाठ ,दान पुण्य, हवन, जप ,यज्ञ ,तप करके ,माथे पर लंबे तिलक लगाकर हम अपने आप को असाधारण ,अत्यंत धार्मिक समझते हैं। इस बात का हमें गर्व हो जाता है कि हम भगवान के परम भक्त है। जबकि मानसिक रूप से हमें अपने आप को निर्मल और पवित्र बनाना चाहिए।

मंदोदरी जैसी सुपत्नी होते हुए भी सीता का लालच रावण को ले डूबा । और अधिक, और अच्छा, और पाने की लालसा इंसान को गलत कृत्य करने के लिए प्रेरित करती है।

केवल मेरा अच्छा हो जाए, केवल मैं पाँ लू, केवल मुझे मिल जाए यह कुबुद्धि इंसान को ले डूबती है। रावण का “मै” रावण को ले डूबा।

रावण ने मंदोदरी की बात कभी नहीं मानी जो उसकी अत्यंत हितैषी थी , अपनी पत्नी का उसने कई बार अपमान किया ।इसी तरह हम भी अपने परम हितैषी ,परम निकट, की बात को अक्सर अनदेखा करते हैं। पत्नी की बात पर गौर नहीं करते ।पत्नी रूपी देवी का हम कई बार अपमान करते हैं और जबकि नवरात्रि में पूरे 9 दिन हम देवी की उपासना करते हैं लेकिन घर की गृह लक्ष्मी को अनदेखा करते हैं, उसके साथ गलत व्यवहार करके उसे दुखी करते हैं।

रावण रूपी बुराइयां हममें भी किसी न किसी रूप में विद्यमान है।
सही में दशहरा मनाना है तो
अपने अंदर के इन बुराई रूपी रावण को
जलाइए ना कि केवल रावण का पुतला ।

🔹विजयादशमी : 12 अक्टूबर 2024🔹

🔸विजयादशमी का दिन बहुत महत्त्व का है और इस दिन सूर्यास्त के पूर्व से लेकर तारे निकलने तक का समय अर्थात् संध्या का समय बहुत उपयोगी है ।

🔸दशहरे की संध्या को भगवान को प्रीतिपूर्वक भजे और प्रार्थना करे ।

🔸‘ॐ’ का जप करने से लौकिक कामनाओं की पूर्ति, आध्यात्मिक चेतना में वृद्धि और जीवन में दिव्यता तथा परमात्मा की प्राप्ति होती है ।

🔹 दशहरा के दिन जपने योग्य मंन्त्र 🔹

🔸 दशहरे की शाम को सूर्यास्त होने से कुछ समय पहले से लेकर आकाश में तारे उदय होने तक का समय सर्व सिद्धिदायी विजयकाल कहलाता है ।

🔸 इस विजयकाल में थोड़ी देर “राम रामाय नमः” मंत्र के नाम का जप करें ।

🔸 मन-ही-मन भगवान को प्रणाम करके प्रार्थना करें कि हे भगवान सर्व सिद्धिदायी विजयकाल चल रहा है, हम विजय के लिए “ॐ अपराजितायै नमः “मंत्र का जप कर रहे हैं ।

🔸 श्री हनुमानजी का सुमिरन करते हुए नीचे दिए गए मंत्र की एक माला जप करें ।
“पवन तनय बल पवन समाना, बुद्धि विवेक विज्ञान निधाना।”

🔸दशहरे के दिन विजयकाल में इन मंत्रों का जप करने से अगले साल के दशहरे तक गृहस्थ में जीनेवाले को बहुत अच्छे परिणाम देखने को मिलते हैं ।

🔹नेत्रज्योति बढ़ाने के लिए🔹

🔸दशहरे से शरद पूनम तक चन्द्रमा की चाँदनी में विशेष हितकारी रस, हितकारी किरणें होती हैं । इन दिनों चन्द्रमा की चाँदनी का लाभ उठाना, जिससे वर्षभर आप स्वस्थ और प्रसन्न रहें । नेत्रज्योति बढ़ाने के लिए दशहरे से शरद पूर्णिमा तक प्रतिदिन रात्रि में 15 से 20 मिनट तक चन्द्रमा के ऊपर त्राटक (पलकें झपकाये बिना एकटक देखना) करें ।
