🔸 भारतीय संस्कृति में धार्मिक अनुष्ठान, पूजा-पाठ, सामाजिक व सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों में दीपक प्रज्वलित करने की परम्परा है । दीपक हमें अज्ञानरुपी अंधकार को दूर करके पूर्ण ज्ञान को प्राप्त करने का संदेश देता है । आरती करते समय दीपक जलाने के पीछे उद्देश्य यही होता है कि प्रभु हमें अज्ञान-अंधकार से आत्मिक ज्ञान-प्रकाश की ओर ले चलें ।

🔹अमृतफल आँवला🔹

🔸आँवला धातुवर्धक श्रेष्ठ रसायन द्रव्य है । इसके नित्य सेवन से शरीर में तेज, ओज, शक्ति, स्फूर्ति तथा वीर्य की वृद्धि होती है । यह टूटी हुई अस्थियों को जोड़ने में सहायक है तथा दाँतों को मजबूती प्रदान करता है । इसके सेवन से आयु, स्मृति व बल बढ़ता है । ह्रदय एवं मस्तिष्क को शक्ति मिलती है । बालों की जड़ें मजबूत होकर बाल काले होते हैं ।
