जैविक घड़ी के अनुसार दिनचर्या

🔸ऋषियों व आयुर्वेदाचार्यो ने बिना भूख लगे भोजन करना वर्जित बताया है। अतः सुबह एवं शाम के भोजन की मात्रा ऐसी रखें जिससे नीचे बताये समय में खुलकर भूख लगे ।

🔸 प्रातः ३ से ५ -(इस समय जीवनीशक्ति फेफड़ों में सक्रिय होती है ।)
इस समयावधि में थोड़ा गुनगुना पानी पीकर ‘खुली हवा’ में घूमना एवं प्राणायाम करना चाहिए ।

🔸 सुबह : ५ से ७ (बड़ी आँत में) – प्रातः जागरण से लेकर सुबह ७ बजे के बीच मल त्याग व स्नान कर लें । ५ से ७ (सुबह ७ बजे के बाद जो मल त्याग करते हैं उन्हें अनेक बीमारियाँ घेर लेती हैं ।)

🔸 सुबह ७ से ९ : (आमाशय या जठर में)- दूध या फलों का रस या कोई पेय पदार्थ ले सकते हैं । (भोजन के २ घंटे पूर्व)

🔸 सुबह ९ से ११ : (अग्न्याशय व प्लीहा में) – यह समय भोजन के लिए उपयुक्त है ।

🔸 दोपहर ११ से १ : (हृदय में)- दोपहर १२ बजे के आसपास (मध्यह्न- संध्या) ध्यान, जप करें । भोजन वर्जित है ।

🔸 दोपहर १ से ३ : (छोटी आँत में)- भोजन के करीब २ घंटे बाद प्यास अनुरूप पानी पीना चाहिए ।

🔸 दोपहर ३ से ५ : (मूत्राशय में)- २-४ घंटे पहले पिये पानी से इस समय मूत्र त्याग की प्रवृत्ति होगी ।

🔸 शाम ५ से ७ : गुर्दों में (Kidneys)- इस समय हलका भोजन कर लेना चाहिए । सूर्यास्त के १० मिनट पहले से १० मिनट बाद तक (संध्याकाल में) भोजन न करें अपितु संध्या करें ।

🔸 रात्रि ७ से ९ : (मस्तिष्क में)- इस समय मस्तिष्क विशेषरूप से सक्रिय रहता है । अतः पढ़ा हुआ पाठ जल्दी याद रह जाता है ।

🔸रात्रि ९ से ११ : (मेरूरज्जु में)- इस समय की नींद सर्वाधिक विश्रांतिप्रदान करती है ।

🔸 रात्रि ११ से १ : (पित्ताशय में)- इस काल में जागरण पित्त बढ़ाता है ।

🔸 रात्रि १ से ३ : (यकृत में)- इस काल में जागरण से पाचनतंत्र बिगड़ता है ।

बरकत लाने की सरल कुंजियाँ

बाजार भाव अचानक बढ़ने-घटने से, मंदी की वजह से या अन्य कारणों से कईयों का धंधा बढ़ नहीं पाता | ऐसे में आपके काम-धंधे में भी बरकत का खयाल रखते हुए कुछ सरल उपाय प्रस्तुत कर रही है |
१] ईशान कोण में तुलसी का पौधा लगाने व पूजा- स्थान पर गंगाजल रखने से बरकत होती है |
२] दुकान में बिक्री कम होती हो तो कनेर का फूल घिस के उसका ललाट पर तिलक करके दुकान पर जायें तो ग्राहकी बढ़ेगी |
३] रोज भोजन से पूर्व गोग्रास निकालकर गाय को खिलाने से सुख-समृद्धि व मान-सम्मान की वृद्धि होती है |

टूटे कांच व बंद हुई घड़ी ना रखे

घर के दरवाजे में या खिड़कियों में टूटे कांच हैं तो बीमारी के द्योतक हैं, उनको तुरंत बदल दें…..घर में टूटे हुए कांच का सामान हो तो उसे निकाल दें……बंद पड़ी हुई घड़ियाँ होगीं तो उन को सुधार के ठीक कर लें या बिगड़ गयी हैं तो फ़ेंक दें…..पुराने कपड़े जो आप नहीं पहनते उन को बाँट दो, अथवा यथा योग्य विसर्जन कर दो …..पुरानी चाबियाँ, पुराने ताले जो काम में नहीं आते, घर में नहीं रखें…….ऐसे चीजे नकारात्मक ऊर्जा पीड़ा करती हैं……..घर में जो चीजें अनावश्यक हैं उन की सफाई कर दो ।

बारिश की सर्दी मिटाने के लिए

बारिश की सर्दी लगने का अंदेशा हो तो एक लौंग मुंह में रख देना चाहिये और घर जाकर मत्था जल्दी पोंछ लेना चाहिये । बदन सूखा कर लेना चाहिये और बांये करवट थोड़ा लेट के दायाँ श्वास चालू रखना चाहिये । इससे बारिश में भीगने का असर नहीं होगा ।
