१० मिनट विधिवत शवासन करने से या जीभ के अग्रभाग को दाँतो से थोडा दबाकर १० मिनट तक ज्ञान मुद्रा लगा के बैठने से शारीरिक – मानसिक तनाव व अनिद्रा आदि की बीमारी दूर होती है |

तुलसी को क्या न करें
कोई तुलसी को लाल चुनरी उड़ा देते है | वो शास्त्र ना कहते है | तुलसी पर लाल कपड़ा कभी नहीं पहनना चाहिये | सूर्य उदय के पहले और सूर्यास्त के बाद तुलसी को छूना नहीं चाहिये |
