शनि जयंती
शास्त्रों के अनुसार शनि देवजी का जन्म ज्येष्ठ मास के कृष्ण पक्ष की अमावस्या को रात के समय हुआ था।
इस बार शनि जयंती 06 जून 2024 गुरुवार को पड़ रही है।
सुबह जल्दी स्नान आदि से निवृत्त होकर सबसे पहले अपने इष्टदेव, गुरु और माता-पिता का आशीर्वाद लें।
पूजा क्रम शुरू करते हुए सबसे पहले शनिदेव के इष्ट भगवान शिव का ‘ऊँ नम: शिवाय’ बोलते हुए गंगाजल, कच्चा दूध तथा काले तिल से अभिषेक करें। अगर घर में पारद शिवलिंग है तो उनका अभिषेक करें अन्यथा शिव मंदिर जाकर अभिषेक करें। भांग, धतूरा एवं हो सके तो 108 आंकडे के फूल जरूर चढ़ाएं। द्वादश ज्योतिर्लिंग के नाम को उच्चारण करें।
सौराष्ट्रे सोमनाथं च श्रीशैले मल्लिकार्जुनम्‌।
उज्जयिन्यां महाकालमोंकारं ममलेश्वरम्‌ ॥1॥
परल्यां वैजनाथं च डाकियन्यां भीमशंकरम्‌।

अब शनिदेव की पूजा शुरू करते हुए सर्वप्रथम शनिदेव का सरसों के तेल से अभिषेक करें।
“ऊँ शं शनैश्चराय नम:” का निरंतर जप करते रहें ।
सरसों के तेल का दीपक प्रज्वलित करें तथा कस्तूरी अथवा चन्दन की धूप अर्पित करें ।
शनि के वैदिक मंत्र का उच्चारण करें
नीलांजन समाभासं रविपुत्रं यमाग्रजम्
छायामार्तण्ड संभूतम् तम नमामि शनैश्चरम्॥”

शाम को पीपल के वृक्ष के नीचे तिल के तेल के दीपक को प्रज्जवलित करें। शनिदेव से प्रार्थना करें कि सभी समस्याएं दूर हों और बुरे समय से पीछा छूट जाए। इसके बाद पीपल की सात परिक्रमा करें।

सूर्य देव को जल देते समय ‘ॐ सूर्याय नमः’ मंत्र का जाप करें। जल में रोली, लाल चंदन और लाल फूल डालकर जल अर्पित करना चाहिए। तो सूर्य देव को रोजाना जल का अर्घ्य देने से जीवन में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होता है। साथ ही बल, बुद्धि और विद्या की भी प्राप्ति होती है

According to the scriptures, Shani Devji was born on the night of Amavasya of Krishna Paksha of Jyeshtha month.

This time Shani Jayanti is falling on Thursday, 06 June 2024.

After taking bath early in the morning, first of all take blessings of your Ishtadev, Guru and parents.

Starting the puja sequence, first of all, anoint Lord Shiva, the favorite of Shanidev, with Ganga water, raw milk and black sesame while saying ‘Om Namah Shivaya’. If there is Parad Shivling in the house, then anoint it, otherwise go to the Shiva temple and anoint it. Offer cannabis, dhatura and if possible 108 Ankde flowers. Recite the names of Dwadash Jyotirlinga.

Ujjainiyan Mahakalaamkara Mamleswaram ॥1॥ Bhimshankar is the postman of Paralyam Vaijnath. Himalaya and Kedarnath are the Shiva temples of Dhrushnesh. ॥3॥ Such Jyotirlingas are evening and morning Pathennar. In the evening, light a sesame oil lamp under the Peepal tree. Pray to Lord Shani that all problems go away and bad times get rid of you. After this, do seven rounds of the Peepal tree.

While offering water to the Sun God, chant the mantra ‘Om Suryaya Namah’. Put roli, red sandalwood and red flowers in the water. Water should be offered by pouring it. So, offering water to Sun God daily brings positive energy in life. Along with this, strength, intelligence and knowledge are also attained.
