व्यतिपात योग
25 अप्रैल 2024 गुरुवार को प्रात: 05:06 से 26 अप्रैल, शुक्रवार को प्रात: 04:54 तक व्यतिपात योग है।
व्यतिपात योग की ऐसी महिमा है कि उस समय जप पाठ प्राणायम, माला से जप या मानसिक जप करने से भगवान की और विशेष कर भगवान सूर्यनारायण की प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होती है जप करने वालों को, व्यतिपात योग में जो कुछ भी किया जाता है उसका १ लाख गुना फल मिलता है।
वाराह पुराण में ये बात आती है व्यतिपात योग की।

कपूर – दहन में बाह्य वातावरण को शुद्ध करने की अदभुत क्षमता है | इसमें जीवाणुओं, विषाणुओं तथा सूक्ष्मतर हानिकारक जीवाणुओं को नष्ट करने की शक्ति है | घर में नित्य कपूर जलाने से घर का वातावरण शुद्ध रहता है, शरीर पर बीमारियों का आक्रमण आसानी से नहीं होता, दु:स्वप्न नहीं आते और देवदोष तथा पितृदोषों का शमन होता है | *

वैशाख मास माहात्म्य
वैशाख मास सुख से साध्य, पापरूपी ईंधन को अग्नि की भाँति जलानेवाला, अतिशय पुण्य प्रदान करनेवाला तथा धर्म, अर्थ, काम, मोक्ष – चारों पुरुषार्थों को देनेवाला है ।
देवर्षि नारदजी राजा अम्बरीष से कहते हैं : ‘‘राजन् ! जो वैशाख में सूर्योदय से पहले भगवत्-चिंतन करते हुए पुण्यस्नान करता है, उससे भगवान विष्णु निरंतर प्रीति करते हैं ।
पाप तभी तक गरजते हैं जब तक जीव यह पुण्यस्नान नहीं करता ।
वैशाख मास में सब तीर्थ आदि देवता बाहर के जल (तीर्थ के अतिरिक्त) में भी सदैव स्थित रहते हैं । सब दानों से जो पुण्य होता है और सब तीर्थों में जो फल होता है, उसीको मनुष्य वैशाख में केवल जलदान करके पा लेता है । यह सब दानों से बढकर हितकारी है ।
